D J Mack is the author of The Drivers Union: A Bus Race, a Ghost, and Twelve stops to Nowhere. D J was born in the heart of the East End of London in the 1960s. Hackney at this time was a very rough neighbourhood. He worked for many years in the Financial Services Industry and for the past 20 years in transport. David Is an abstract artist with commissions both in England and Europe, likes to travel, attempts to play a bit of Saxophone, and builds custom electric guitars for fun.
